The Property

Howard’s Mill is an abandoned 14 acre piece of land located on the outskirts of Springfield, TN. The land was purchased by the Howard family in 1973 and used as a farm. In 1979, the Howard’s suddenly picked up and left town and no one has occupied the land or existing house since. Over the years locals have reported a number of strange occurrences and claims surrounding the property.
